Employment growth initiative co-funded by the European Union

The company actively contributes to strengthening the labour market and the social cohesion of its local area by using the employment incentives provided for by Decree-Law no. 62/2026, converted into Law no. 112/2026.

Thanks to the financial support of the European Union, the company has created stable, permanent employment opportunities for:

• Young people under 35, to help new generations enter the world of work.
• Disadvantaged women, to actively promote equal opportunities and reduce the gender gap.

The social security contribution exemptions applied are co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the National Programme Youth, Women and Work 2021-2027.

The National Programme Youth, Women and Work ESF+ 2021-2027 aims to promote work and skills, to support the employment of young people, women and vulnerable people, and to modernise employment services and active labour market policies.
